Introducing the LTL Self-Adhesive Foam Eaves/Ridge Filler Pair
Designed primarily for Gable Style Roofs with equal Ridge and Eaves lengths, these self-adhesive foam filler pairs provide excellent coverage. However, they can also be partially utilized for other roof shapes. To maximize their effectiveness, half of the gap fillers can be placed underneath the lip of the Ridge Tiles, while the other half can be positioned in front of the Bottom Batten on the Eaves. Please take note that for Gable Style roofs, both sides of the roof will require sealing. Consequently, the required foam quantities will be double the length of the ridge. For specific coverage information, please refer to the details below.
It’s important to mention that these foam strips are precisely profiled to match our tiles’ exact shape. However, they are not suitable for use on hips due to diagonal variations. In such cases, we recommend utilizing Flexim Roof Putty as a reliable gap filler. Please note that Flexim Roof Putty is compatible only with our granulated tiles and not the smooth ones.
The Ridge Filler section of the pair serves the purpose of sealing the gap underneath the ridge tiles, ensuring a secure and weatherproof barrier. On the other hand, the Eaves Filler section is specifically designed to conceal the bottom batten, minimizing the entry of insects and providing a neat appearance.

These strips offer exceptional versatility as they can be compressed by up to 50%, accommodating a wide range of roof pitches with ease.
In the case of roof shapes other than Gable, where the ridge and eaves lengths are not equal, we recommend ensuring an adequate supply of foam filler pairs to cover the total length of the eaves. Any unused ridge sections can be discarded accordingly. Please note that individual sections of the pairs cannot be sold separately, and we are unable to provide refunds for partially used pairs.
